River Run Apartments was once a Dalton-local factory. Now, having been rehabbed into subsidized modern residences, it houses those looking for a welcoming place to call home.
The updated residences feature safety and handicap measures for elders and people with disabilities, including emergency pull cord systems and spaces designed with accessibility in mind. Our townhome-style units are perfect for low-income families, especially with plenty of local activities, schools, public transportation, and more nearby.

The main building is secured with intercom systems to allow residents to access the main entrance for visitors or item drop-off. Packages are currently being delivered to the secure area outside the main office, but will be delivered to apartments again once COVID restrictions are lifted.
APARTMENT FINISHES
All apartments are updated with modern finishes and emergency pull cord systems in the bathroom and bedroom areas. Pulling these cords will set off an alarm outside the apartment and in the main office to bring help when it’s needed. Apartments are equipped with sprinklers and secure fire doors.
